Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wise Lifestyle LTD, 36 St Dminka Street, Victoria (Gozo) VCT 9030, Malta, phone: +356 2792 2868, email: mail@wise-lifestyle.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://bodysignal.app/widerruf (“Withdraw from contract” at the bottom of every page and in your account under “Purchases & invoices”). If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, including information about the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Special rule for tokens already redeemed

If you redeemed tokens from this package before your withdrawal, you concluded a separate contract for a text each time (Part B). These tokens have been used. We refund the price of the tokens from this package that you had not redeemed by the time of your withdrawal: package price divided by the number of tokens in the package, multiplied by the number of tokens not redeemed, rounded to the full cent in your favour. We remove the tokens not redeemed from your balance. When tokens are redeemed, we first use free and gifted tokens, then purchased tokens in the order of purchase, oldest first.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal for a text expires if

1. we have begun to provide the text,
2. you previously gave your express consent for us to begin providing it before the end of the withdrawal period,
3. you confirmed your acknowledgement that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once provision begins, and
4. we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium that records your consent and your acknowledgement.

You give this consent and acknowledgement with a separate tick box before every unlock. We send you the confirmation of the contract by email immediately after the unlock.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, if you expressly consented before the start that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.
