It is an independent synthesis drawn from over 30 years of consciousness development, a Heilpraktiker practice since 2001, psychosomatics and modern energy technology. More than 1,600 symptom texts open up what your body wants to tell you.

No. BodySignal is a complementary way of reading your body, an invitation to self-reflection and growing awareness. For acute or persistent physical complaints, please consult your doctor, Heilpraktiker or therapist. BodySignal makes no medical diagnosis and gives no promises of healing.

You can read your first symptom without signing up. After you register with your name and email address, you receive a second free text. A voucher code from our YouTube video unlocks a third text. After that you choose one of our packages (10, 30 or 90 symptoms) or opt for a printed book.

BodySignal is an independent synthesis drawn from over 30 years of therapeutic practice and consciousness development. It is not a copy of an existing work, but a new way of reading — distilled from therapeutic experience, consciousness research and the observation of thousands of client sessions.

You receive access to the app with your private e-book and an online space to keep your symptoms. From more than 1,600 symptoms you can choose the number your package covers. Your selection is saved in your personal book collection.

All prices are one-off payments, no subscription. Alongside these there are two printed book products (see the “Printed books” section).

Yes. If you start with 10 symptoms and later want more, you can book a further package at any time. The number of newly acquired symptoms is added to your existing allowance.

The digital texts can be read in the app only (copyright protection). There is no download or print function. If you would like the texts on paper, choose one of our printed books.

In your account on bodysignal.app. You can access your selected symptoms on any device you are signed in on. The data is held on European servers (Vercel Postgres, EU data centre).

Permanently. There is no time limit. As long as your account exists, you have access to your selected symptoms.

When you reach your second symptom, a sign-up pop-up appears automatically. There you enter your name and email address and agree to the privacy policy. We send you a magic link to your email — one click and you are logged in. No password needed.

No. We use magic-link sign-in. When you log in you receive a one-time link by email that authenticates you automatically. Safer and simpler than any password.

We store only what we need: your name, your email address and your symptom selection. We do not pass your data on to third parties. You will find the details in our privacy policy.

Yes, at any time. Write to us through our contact form with the request “delete account”. We remove all your data within 14 days and confirm the deletion in writing.

Two book products:

• The printed book — 300 symptoms on paper, hardcover, over 700 pages — €149
• The complete compendium — 10 volumes, 1,600+ symptoms in full — €449

The printed book (300 symptoms) ships from summer 2026, the compendium from autumn 2026. We announce concrete dates during the ordering process. Pre-orders are possible from the app launch onwards.

Yes. We ship to every country served by DHL and comparable carriers. Shipping costs are shown transparently during the ordering process.

No, the printed books are standalone products in their own right. Digital access runs through the separate symptom packages (10, 30 or 90 symptoms). If you would like the books both in print AND digitally, combine the two products.

At the Wise Lifestyle Institute in Vöcklamarkt, Upper Austria — set in the quiet nature of the Salzkammergut. You can travel by train (Vöcklamarkt station) or by air (Salzburg 50 min, Linz 60 min). Parking is free of charge.

€799 per day (incl. VAT). Each day is tailored individually to your needs and combines technology sessions, coaching and somatic work. Accommodation and meals are not included in the package — we recommend three hotels in Hipping from around €100 per night.

Bio-Well energy diagnostics, SCIO bio-resonance, Lucia N°03 (hypnagogic light application), the Lakhovsky multiple-wave oscillator, SCENAR vagus-nerve stimulation, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field), red-light photobiomodulation and SCENAR (TENS-based). All applications are non-invasive and are matched individually to you.

Certain technologies have contraindications: Lucia N°03 is not suitable for epilepsy, light sensitivity, severe psychological illness or pregnancy in the first trimester. The multiple-wave oscillator is not suitable for a pacemaker or pregnancy. In the initial consultation we clarify individually what is right for you.

Through a short application. Fill in the retreat application form — we review your application and get back to you with the next steps, a questionnaire and the exact address.

We use Stripe to process payments. With it you can pay by all common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, in part, instant bank transfer. You will see the exact choice during checkout.

The payment runs directly through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never see or store your card details. The transmission is encrypted with TLS 1.3.

For printed books: yes, a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt. For digital symptom packages: the right of withdrawal lapses with the first reading, because these are digital goods supplied immediately. You are informed of this during checkout and give your active consent.

Yes. After your purchase you automatically receive an invoice by email. If you need it for tax purposes, we will also add your tax number or VAT ID on request.

About once a month. No spam, no mass mailing — only what is moving us at the moment: new symptom texts, insights from our practice, glimpses into the development of BodySignal.

At the end of every newsletter email you will find an unsubscribe link. One click is enough and you are unsubscribed straight away — no reason needed, no follow-up questions.

No. We pass your data only to the data processors that are needed to provide the app: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment), Zoho (CRM and newsletter), ZeptoMail (email delivery). All are in an EU data centre or covered by EU standard contractual clauses.

Only with your consent. On your first visit we show you a cookie banner with three categories (Necessary, Functional, Marketing). You decide what you allow. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

On all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) — on desktop, tablet and smartphone. A standalone mobile app for iOS and Android will follow in a later wave.

No. BodySignal runs directly in the browser at bodysignal.app. You can add the site to your home screen as a web app if you use it often.

Not at the moment. We are working on an offline function for the mobile-app version, which is coming in a later wave. Until then you need an internet connection.
