More than 1,600 symptom texts open up what your body wants to tell you.

No. BodySignal is a complementary way of reading your body, an invitation to self-reflection and growing awareness. For acute or persistent physical complaints, please consult your doctor, Heilpraktiker or therapist. BodySignal makes no medical diagnosis and gives no promises of healing.

After you sign up for free with your name and email address, you receive one token as a gift. With it you unlock your first text. A voucher code gives you further tokens. After that you choose one of our packages (10, 30 or 90 tokens) or opt for a printed book.

BodySignal is an independent synthesis drawn from over 30 years of therapeutic practice and consciousness development. It is not a copy of an existing work, but a new way of reading — distilled from therapeutic experience, consciousness research and the observation of thousands of client sessions.

An AI language model from Anthropic (Claude), following the specifications of Felix Scheffel and based on the BodySignal knowledge base. The English versions were translated from the German original with AI. How the texts are created and checked is set out on the AI transparency page.

Tokens are your balance at BodySignal. With one token you unlock a text of your choice: a symptom text or a core-theme text, each in one language. It stays permanently in your collection for as long as you consent to its storage.

One token, whether symptom text or core-theme text. You buy tokens in packages: 10 tokens for €9, 30 tokens for €19, 90 tokens for €45.

You receive tokens and access to the app with your private collection. Each token opens a text of your choice from over 1,600 symptom texts; the texts you open stay saved in your personal collection.

All prices are one-off payments, no subscription. Each text costs 1 token. Alongside these there are two printed book products (see the “Printed books” section).

Yes. If you start with 10 tokens and later want more, you can buy a further package at any time. The new tokens are added to your balance.

No. Tokens do not expire.

Tokens are tied to your account and are not paid out. To give tokens as a present, there are gift vouchers. You get money back if you withdraw from a purchase, if you withdraw your consent to the storage of your collection, if we suspend an account or if we discontinue BodySignal.

The digital texts can be read in the app only (copyright protection). There is no download or print function. If you would like the texts on paper, choose one of our printed books.

In your account on bodysignal.app. You can access your selected texts on any device you are signed in on. The data is held on European servers (database at Supabase, data centre in Ireland).

Permanently, for as long as your consent to the storage of your collection applies and your account exists. If you withdraw your consent, you can no longer read the texts you unlocked so far (Privacy Policy, section 3.9). Should we ever discontinue BodySignal, we will announce it at least six months in advance, refund purchased tokens you have not redeemed, and provide your unlocked texts in a form you can save.

When you want to read a symptom, a sign-up window appears. There you enter your name and email address and agree to the privacy policy. We send you a magic link to your email — one click and you are logged in. No password needed.

No. We use magic-link sign-in. When you log in you receive a one-time link by email that authenticates you automatically. Safer and simpler than any password.

We store only what we need for your account and your purchases, above all your name, your email address, your purchases and, with your explicit consent, the list of texts you have unlocked. We do not use this list for advertising. You will find the details in our privacy policy, and on the list in section 3.9.

Yes, at any time. Write to us through our contact form with the request “delete account”. We delete your account, your collection and your token balance within 14 days and confirm the deletion in writing. We keep purchase records without titles for as long as tax law requires; details are in the privacy policy, sections 3.4 and 3.9.

Tokens you have not yet redeemed cease to exist with your account; there is no refund for them. If you bought a package less than 14 days ago, you can first withdraw from the purchase for the tokens you have not yet redeemed.

The printed book (300 symptoms) ships from summer 2026, the compendium from autumn 2026. We announce concrete dates during the ordering process. Pre-orders are possible from the app launch onwards.

Yes. We ship to every country served by DHL and comparable carriers. Shipping costs are shown transparently during the ordering process.

No, the printed books are standalone products in their own right. Digital access runs through the separate token packages (10, 30 or 90 tokens). If you would like the books both in print AND digitally, combine the two products.

At the Wise Lifestyle Institute in Vöcklamarkt, Upper Austria — set in the quiet nature of the Salzkammergut. You can travel by train (Vöcklamarkt station) or by air (Salzburg 50 min, Linz 60 min). Parking is free of charge.

€799 per day (incl. VAT). Each day is tailored individually to your needs and combines technology sessions, coaching and somatic work. Accommodation and meals are not included in the package — we recommend three hotels in Hipping from around €100 per night.

Certain technologies have contraindications: Lucia N°03 is not suitable for epilepsy, light sensitivity, severe psychological illness or pregnancy in the first trimester. You pay by card via Stripe, depending on your device also via Apple Pay or Google Pay. You will see the exact choice during checkout.

The payment runs directly through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never see or store your card details. The transmission is encrypted with TLS 1.3.

Yes. You can withdraw from a token purchase within 14 days, insofar as you have not yet redeemed the tokens; we then refund the price of the tokens not redeemed. When you unlock a text with a token, you first agree, with a separate tick, that we provide it immediately. Your right of withdrawal for this text therefore expires as soon as it is unlocked and you have our confirmation by email. For printed books you have 14 days from receipt. Everything else is set out in the withdrawal instructions.

Most easily via “Withdraw from contract” at the bottom of every page or in your account under “Purchases & invoices”. You enter your name, the purchase and your email address and click “Confirm withdrawal”. The confirmation of receipt arrives immediately by email. An email to mail@wise-lifestyle.com or a letter is just as valid.

With the tick you agree that we provide the text to you immediately, and you confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for this text. The law requires this consent before every purchase of digital content that is delivered immediately. For your other tokens that you have not yet redeemed, the right of withdrawal remains.

Yes. After every package purchase and after every unlock you receive a confirmation by email.

On request, yes: just write to us at mail@wise-lifestyle.com. If you wish, we will also add your tax number or VAT ID.

About once a month. No spam, no mass mailing — only what is moving us at the moment: new symptom texts, insights from our practice, glimpses into the development of BodySignal.

At the end of every newsletter email you will find an unsubscribe link. One click is enough and you are unsubscribed straight away — no reason needed, no follow-up questions.

We pass your data only to service providers we need for the app: Supabase (database, data centre in Ireland), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (audio files and protection against abuse), ZeptoMail (email delivery), Zoho (customer management and newsletter) and Stripe (payment); Google Analytics only with your consent. Only Supabase, Vercel and ZeptoMail learn which texts you unlock. You will find the details in the privacy policy, section 5.

Only with your consent. On your first visit we show you a cookie banner with three categories (Necessary, Functional, Marketing). You decide what you allow. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

On all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) — on desktop, tablet and smartphone. A standalone mobile app for iOS and Android will follow in a later wave.

No. BodySignal runs directly in the browser at bodysignal.app. You can add the site to your home screen as a web app if you use it often.

Not at the moment. We are working on an offline function for the mobile-app version, which is coming in a later wave. Until then you need an internet connection.
