What do I get when I buy a symptom package?
Access to the app with your private book and storage for your symptoms. From over 1,600 symptoms you choose the number your package covers — your selection stays permanently in your personal collection.
Can I add more later?
Yes. If you start with 10 symptoms and later want more, you can add a further package at any time — the new texts are added to your allowance.
Can I change the language?
The symptom texts are currently available in seven languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese — more are prepared. When adding a symptom, you choose its language as part of the selection.
Can I download the symptom texts?
The digital texts can only be read in the app (copyright protection). If you would like texts on paper, choose the printed book.
What exactly is the depth analysis — and how quickly do I receive it?
The depth analysis is your personal evaluation following the BodySignal method from astrology and the I Ching: your birth data is connected with the symptom that occupies you. After your purchase you fill in a short questionnaire (date, time and place of birth, plus your symptom) — within three working days you receive your PDF by email. The evaluation is created automatically; if you wish, Felix goes through it with you personally in a 45-minute Zoom conversation (+€199).
How does the 10-week companionship work?
You apply with a few sentences about what matters to you, and you receive a free 15-minute conversation with Felix. If it fits for both of you, you begin: ten weekly one-on-one sessions via Zoom (the first one 120 minutes), and in between Felix accompanies you personally via WhatsApp. Your depth analysis is included and serves as a map; at the end you hold your final roadmap in your hands. Payment by instalments (3 × €1,045) can be arranged in the conversation.
What about the right of return?
With digital content provided immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses with the first reading — you are informed of this during the payment process and actively agree to it.
Is there a newsletter?
Yes, about once a month. You are signed up automatically with your second free symptom, or you sign up directly on the landing page.
