The path
How it all began
Born in 1976 in Munich, I grew up in an unconventional, creative home — my father an inventor, my mother an American opera singer, my brother an actor. It became clear to me early on: fulfilment and success do not lie along prescribed tracks, but on your own path.
A deep interest in human psychology, and in the question of what truly heals us, took shape already in my youth. For seven years I led a youth group of 11- to 17-year-olds in my parish. At the age of 19 my awakening began, and with it a conscious journey through seminars, books and many different teachers, some of whom accompany me to this day.
Instead of a conventional medical degree, I chose the holistic path: training as a Heilpraktiker at the Centre for Natural Medicine in Munich, which I began in 1997. I passed the examination at the public health authority in May 2001.

Reconnecting people with themselves
I believe that every person carries the answers within — they are simply hidden beneath layers of adaptation, forgetting and mainstream readings. My work is work of translation: between body and consciousness, between ancient wisdom and modern insight, between what the world expects and who you really are.
BodySignal is my contribution to making this knowledge accessible — for as many people as possible, regardless of their budget.
The foundation
Does this stand on solid ground?
BodySignal is not a matter of belief. Psychosomatics, epigenetics, neuroplasticity and even quantum physics arrive, independently of one another, at the same conclusion: body and consciousness are not separate. Anyone who wants to know more will find the research behind it on a page of its own.
Today
How I work
Over more than three decades on this path, a way of working has grown — and this is what it looks like today, in concrete terms.
I work internationally and independently of location — primarily online, by video or telephone. I speak German and English fluently and accompany people directly in both languages, throughout the entire German- and English-speaking world and far beyond it. For retreats, seminars and events I travel to the respective places. Individual one-to-one sessions in person are possible only in exceptional cases and on special request.
BodySignal is my current main project — a platform that brings the knowledge of over 30 years of therapeutic work and consciousness development into a form that anyone open to it can use.
