Your Body Is Speaking
Inside your body there are spaces. The abdominal cavity, the pelvis, the surroundings of your organs — none of that is a dense, solid mass, but a finely organised system of cavities in which tissue can glide, move, and adapt. Your intestine slips gently between other structures with each movement. Your fallopian tubes swing. Your gallbladder rests in its bed without sticking. Mobility is the fundamental prerequisite for life inside you.
Adhesions and scar tissue interrupt exactly this mobility. Tissue that should glide independently sticks together. Fine or coarse strands form, binding structures that ought to remain separate. The space narrows. Movement is inhibited. Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it doesn't — but something always remains stuck that wanted to be let go.
