Your Body Is Speaking

This text is difficult. It asks questions that hurt. Not to tear wounds open, but to uncover something that may lie beneath the wound — and that could be a key.

What was done to you is a crime. Full stop. The perpetrator's responsibility is not up for debate. No perspective in the world can or wishes to change that. But there is a second level — one that does not concern the perpetrator, but you. Not your guilt, but your inner landscape. Your patterns. Your unconscious beliefs about yourself and the world.

The psychosomatic view asks an uncomfortable question: is there something in me — deep, unconscious, unwilled — that made me vulnerable? Not as the cause of the act. But as part of my inner architecture that is worth understanding. Not to explain the past, but to change the future.
