Forearm Complaints

Your Body Is Speaking
Your forearms are the instrument between decision and action. The upper arm lifts, the forearm grips. The hand takes hold — but the forearm provides the strength for it. When this area hurts, tingles, feels numb, or cramps, something stalls at precisely this point: between what you want and what you do. Between your intention and your action.
Medically, forearm complaints can take many forms — tendinitis, muscle hardening, nerve compression, diffuse pain. Viewed psychosomatically, a different question arises: what prevents you from taking hold? What prevents you from letting go? And why does your body oscillate between the two, until it cramps?
The forearm is the area where doubt settles physically. Not the great existential doubts — but the permanent uncertainty in action. Should I or should I not? Do I really want this? Is it safe to take hold — or should I pull back?
