Stroke (Brain)

Your Body Is Speaking
A stroke happens without warning. One moment everything works — the next, one side of the face droops, an arm no longer obeys, speech dissolves into incomprehensible fragments. The brain is cut off from its blood supply, and within minutes nerve cells die that will never come back.
This is an absolute emergency. Call 112 immediately. Every minute counts. The FAST test helps with recognition: Face — is one side drooping? Arms — can the person raise both arms? Speech — is speech slurred? Time — call emergency services immediately. Don't hesitate for a second.
