Paragonimiasis is a tropical infectious disease. A lung fluke — a parasitic worm — has settled in your breathing space. It usually enters the body through raw or undercooked crabs or freshwater fish, migrates through the abdominal cavity, and ultimately makes its home where it least belongs: in your lung.
