Your Body Is Speaking
Something in you has stopped feeling. The skin grows numb. Your fingers or feet tingle, burn, fall asleep. Sometimes you lose the sensation for warmth; sometimes pain stabs through your body without any recognisable trigger. You reach for something and don't quite feel it. You walk and no longer sense the ground properly beneath your feet.
Medically speaking, the line is damaged — the nerves that mediate between body and consciousness are no longer transmitting signals cleanly. The causes are varied: diabetes, pressure, toxins, infections, deficiency, alcohol, autoimmune processes. The body has its own logic for this, and that logic deserves serious medical attention.
But if you listen more deeply, you will notice something else. The place that no longer feels is not silent. It speaks. It speaks a language that does not work through pain, but through absence. And absence is also a message.
Your signal is waiting
