Your Body Is Speaking
Your muscles move you through life. Every step, every gesture, every lift, every hold — everything you do in the world happens through them. They pull, push, carry, support, grasp. They are the active, acting part of your body — the instrument through which you translate your will into movement.
And precisely for that reason, they reveal so much about you. A tired muscle speaks of exhaustion. A tense muscle speaks of held tension. A painful muscle speaks of a movement that is no longer working — either because you are bracing against something you don't want to carry, or because you are holding back something that wants to come out. Muscles are seismographs of wilful movement. They show you where your life flows — and where it has become stuck.
