Your Body Is Speaking
A cramp comes without warning. One moment you were sitting, sleeping, walking — and the next, a muscle contracts that won't let go, because it won't let go of you. The calf turns to stone. The foot twists. The neck tightens. The stomach pulls in. Something inside you has made a decision you did not make yourself. Your body is acting against you. Or more precisely: without you.
Medically, there are clean explanations. Electrolyte deficiency, over-acidification, dehydration, overexertion, circulatory disorders, neurological irritation. In the case of convulsions, neurological causes come into play — an overactive firing of nerve cells that can spread throughout the entire body. All of this is real, all of it should be investigated. But it doesn't explain why your muscle contracts precisely now. Why now, in this phase of your life, in this conflict, at this point.
