Lower Back Pain (Lumbar Spine)

It often begins unspectacularly. A pulling sensation after getting up. A dull pressure in the lower back after a long workday. A stabbing pain when bending over that makes you pause. Sometimes it comes acutely — a wrong movement, an unlucky moment, and suddenly you are locked up, can barely straighten yourself.
