Your Body Is Speaking
Your blood sugar is rising. Not because you ate too much cake — or not only because of that. It rises because your body is providing more energy than you use for yourself. Glucose floods your blood, but it doesn't arrive where it is needed. It circulates — available, but unused. Like a force you possess but never apply for yourself.
Medically speaking, this concerns insulin, the pancreas, metabolic regulation. All of that is real. But there is a second level that is at least equally real: the question of why your system directs the energy it produces not to where you need it most urgently — to yourself.
Hyperglycemia is not a coincidence, but the image of a person who gives and gives and gives — and has forgotten that they too are a vessel that wants to be filled.
