Urethral Stricture

Something inside you wants to flow — and cannot. The urinary tract narrows, the urine comes only hesitatingly, in drops, under pressure. What normally streams through the body effortlessly is backed up, slowed, held back. Medically, we speak of urethral strictures, prostate enlargements, or inflammatory constrictions — tissue that swells, scars, or contracts until the passage has almost no room left.

Psychosomatically, a deeper question arises: What in your inner system is so narrowed that even letting go — one of the most fundamental functions of your body — becomes an effort? The urinary tract is the system through which your body releases spent substances, cleanses itself, makes room. When this channel narrows, your body is showing you something that goes beyond urology: you have blocked the passage within yourself.
