Your Body Is Speaking

Your mouth opens wide, your eyes fall shut, your whole body stretches for a moment — and then it's over. A yawn. Everyone does it. But when you do it constantly, when the yawning doesn't stop even though you've slept, even though you're doing something that genuinely interests you, even though no recognizable reason for it exists — then it's more than a reflex. Then your body is speaking.

Medicine explains frequent yawning as a regulatory mechanism — the body tries to cool the brain, optimise oxygen supply, adjust the level of wakefulness. And yes, it does that. But when your body activates this mechanism permanently, a deeper question arises: What is so exhausting about your life that your system constantly tries to power itself down? Why does your organism respond to the present moment as though it were an overload?
