Your Body Is Speaking
There is a difference between hair that falls out and hair that becomes sick. This text is about the second. About the hair itself — as living tissue — no longer being healthy. It turns dull. It breaks before it has length. It loses its sheen. The structure frays, the hair splits at the ends, the surface looks rough, porous, matte. Sometimes the colour changes — early greying, a fading, a patchy tone that wasn't there before. The hair still grows, but it no longer truly lives.
Medically, much of this can be explained: nutritional deficiencies, hormonal shifts, inflammation of the hair follicles, mechanical overloading, certain autoimmune processes. All of that is real, and all of it deserves attention. But there is a second layer that is rarely named — and that can be taken just as seriously.
