Growths (Tumours, Neoplasms)

Something is growing inside you that doesn't belong there. A thickening, a swelling, a mass that spreads slowly — silently, yet impossible to ignore. Medically, a growth is uncontrolled cell proliferation. Cells multiplying when they shouldn't. Tissue expanding where no space was intended.

But the body does nothing without reason. When cells begin to grow uncontrollably, it is worth asking a question that goes beyond the diagnosis: what in your inner life is proliferating in just the same way? What has built up because it finds no natural outlet? What force in you is seeking a path — and finding none?

Growths are not coincidence. They are the physical manifestation of something that urgently needs space but isn't getting it. Not in the outside world. And certainly not within yourself.
