Your Body Is Speaking

Your tissue is burning. Whether joint, skin, organ, or mucous membrane — somewhere in your body a fire is raging, manifesting as redness, swelling, heat, and pain. Medicine calls it inflammation: an immune reaction in which your body mobilises to fight something harmful or repair something injured. Acutely, this makes sense. Chronically, it becomes a problem.

But the psychosomatic perspective asks a different question: What is actually burning? Not only in the tissue — but in you. Which inner conflict has heated up to the point where your body carries it outward as fire?

Inflammation is not a silent process, but an alarm — loud, hot, urgent. Your body doesn't cry out quietly when it inflames. It cries out in a way you cannot ignore.
