Your Body Is Speaking
It is not the body speaking here — it is your entire system. What you experience as a personality pattern is just as much a message as a rash or a stiff neck — only subtler, harder to grasp. Because it is you yourself who is speaking — not an organ you could step back and observe.
Egocentrism rarely feels from the inside the way it looks from the outside. From the outside it appears as self-absorption, self-referential thinking, a lack of empathy. From the inside it feels like a constant, invisible effort: the sense that you cannot let go of the world, because if you do, something will collapse. That you keep landing in your own thoughts, your own concerns, your own narratives — not because you cannot see others, but because you cannot hold your focus anywhere else.
