Third Lumbar Vertebra

The third lumbar vertebra sits in the middle of your lower spine — between the pelvis and the thoracic spine, between earth and heart. It is not a peripheral position, but the pivot point of your upright existence, the place where stability and mobility must meet so that you can walk upright through the world.
