You feel a lump in your breast. Or your gynecologist found it on ultrasound — a cyst, a fibroadenoma, a hardening in the connective tissue. Medically, the all-clear comes quickly: benign. Not cancer. Monitor it. Perhaps aspirate it. No reason to panic.
