Your Body Is Speaking

Blood is what flows inside you without you seeing it. You don't feel it, you don't hear it, you don't smell it — and yet it carries everything you need to live in every single second: oxygen, warmth, nutrients, messenger substances, immune cells. It is the silent current that keeps you alive. When it begins to stagnate, your entire system stagnates. When it becomes thinner, you grow tired. When it becomes more viscous, your heart grows heavy. When it seeps away at one point, it is missing where it is needed.

Medicine has good values for listening to your blood — hemoglobin, erythrocytes, leukocytes, thrombocytes, coagulation, iron, vitamins, inflammation markers. These values tell part of the story. They tell you what is in the blood and what is missing. But they don't tell you why your system is choosing this particular form of deficiency, stagnation, or excess right now.
