Your Body Is Speaking
You knock against a table edge, brush a door frame, press somewhere too hard — and hours later a bruise appears. Blood seeps out of small vessels under the skin, collects in the tissue, turns dark. Medically, a hematoma is nothing dramatic. It heals on its own.
But some people bruise remarkably easily. With minimal pressure. Sometimes without any recognizable cause. The skin seems thin-skinned in the most literal sense — as if the body were making every small touch immediately visible, as if a protective layer were missing that other people have.
When bruises appear frequently without a medical cause, a deeper question arises: what is your body showing you about the way you treat yourself? Bruises are traces. Not only of external blows — but of inner ones.
