Your Body Is Speaking
Your pelvis is the bowl of your body. The centre where top and bottom come together. The ring of bone that carries your organs, connects your legs to your torso, holds you upright while grounding you at the same time. Without a pelvis, no standing, no walking, no upright gait. And without a pelvis, no womb, no seat of sexuality, no space where new life can arise.
When the pelvis grows restless — when you feel pressure there, a pulling, tightness, a diffuse sense of heaviness or emptiness that cannot be assigned to any single organ — it is not a muscle speaking, and not a joint. It is your centre speaking. The place where your entire way of carrying is decided: how much do you take on? How much do you let through? What rests in you — and what presses?
