Your Body Is Speaking

Your arms are hurting, heavy, weak, tense — or resisting their daily work in some other way. Perhaps they pull, tingle, go numb. Perhaps you carry a dull fatigue in them that does not lift even after sleep. Perhaps they are showing you through inflammations, tendon irritations, or recurring pain that something is wrong.

Medically, many of these complaints can be explained: overuse, one-sided movement, postural problems, nerve irritation. All of that is real and deserves to be taken seriously. But when you look more deeply, the arms often tell a story that goes beyond muscles and tendons. They tell of what you do — and of what you do not do. Of what you embrace — and of what you raise your hands against.

Your arms are the bridge between your inner world and the world outside. When this bridge creaks, stalls, or breaks, there are rarely only mechanical reasons.
