Angiomas (Hemangiomas)

Beneath your skin, small tangles of blood vessels are forming — reddish, bluish, sometimes barely visible, sometimes distinct. Medicine calls them angiomas or hemangiomas: benign vascular growths in which blood vessels become unusually dense and proliferate. Some are present from birth; some develop over the course of life. Medically, they are usually considered harmless.

But seen from a psychosomatic perspective, a different question arises: why does your body build up excess vascular structures at certain points? Why does life energy — for that is precisely what blood is — concentrate at a single spot instead of circulating freely? Why does something pool that should actually be flowing?
