Anal Fistula

A fistula is an unnatural channel — a path the body carves for itself because the natural way is blocked. When a fistula forms at the anus, your body has created a detour: because what needs to come out cannot exit through the normal route, it digs its own tunnel.

This is a precise image for an inner state: something in you needs to come out — feelings, truths, pent-up energy — but you keep the natural channel sealed. So the energy finds a wrong way. A way that hurts, that inflames, that does not heal — because it was never meant for this.

The anal fistula is the signal of a person who closes themselves off and does not communicate what they truly feel — and whose inner world forces an outlet anyway.
